| Research Abstract |
他殖性植物であるソバは自家花粉を受精することができない。このため品種の純化が難しく、イネやコムギなどと比べてその育種は進んでいない。われわれは自殖性ソバの作出の基盤を築くため、ソバの他殖性遺伝子の同定を試みた。本研究により、ソバの他殖性遺伝子はほとんど組換えを起こさない染色体領域に座上することが明らかになり、さらに本遺伝子を含むか、もしくはその極近傍の領域の同定に成功した
