| Research Abstract |
炭素と窒素の安定同位体である13Cと15Nの存在比は作物体の器官間で異なっている。この差異は水ストレスや窒素欠乏ストレス,また窒素栄養源により大きく変動することが示された。またこれらの変動パターンは遺伝系統や生育時期などの影響を受けることが明らかとなった。安定同位体比の変動は光合成活性や硝酸還元,物質転流・蓄積作用などの生理機能と密接に関連していることが推察された。
