| Research Abstract |
クワ-カイコ実験系を用いて、タンパク質レベルでの相互関係を明らかにした。カイコ体内に取込まれるクワウレアーゼのaccessory proteins (ureD, ureF, ureG)遺伝子を単離・同定した。また、クワ幼苗でのウレアーゼ活性とそれら遺伝子の発現パターンを明らかにした。一方、カイコに取込まれる7種の新規タンパク質を見出し、その1つはsulfotransferase類似タンパク質であると同定した。
