| Research Abstract |
海洋性光合成細菌、Rhodovulum sulfidophilumは、細胞外にDNAやRNAを放出している。本研究は、まずこの菌が生産するRNAの解析を行い、次に菌の遺伝子操作法を開発し、最終的に任意の機能性RNAを簡便に、かつ圧倒的低コストで製造する方法を開発しようとするものである。
