| Research Abstract |
様々なタンパク質栄養条件に応答した肝臓や皮膚での遺伝子発現の網羅的応答を幅広く明らかにした。それらのデータを有効に解析するためのバイオインフォマティクス手法を高度活用し、栄養研究における情報の有効利用を推進した。また、高脂肪食摂食や運動、抗肥満食品因子、マイルドなカロリー制限等に対する網羅的遺伝子発現やタンパク質量の応答に関する情報を蓄積した。従来から構築して維持しているニュートリゲノミクスデータベースを大幅に改良し、世界のニュートリゲノミクス研究を格段に発展させる礎を築いた。
