| Research Abstract |
アサリ、マダイ、ニシンの遺伝的変異性を調べ、移植放流が在来集団に及ぼす遺伝的影響を評価した。現在大量に輸入されているのは日本に生息しないRuditapes bruguieriであり、アサリと形態が酷似し遺伝的分化は大きくない。鹿児島湾のマダイでは大量放流によって希少アリルが消失したが、遺伝的影響は軽微かつ湾内にとどまる。ニシンでは種苗放流の遺伝的影響は見られない。また、遺伝的分化と混合率の解析手法とソフトウェアを開発した。
