| Research Abstract |
受精卵クローン技術で繁殖した国産牛、飼料自給率を高めて生産された国産牛、そしてBSE未検査牛の牛肉に、その旨の表示を行うことで消費者の牛肉購入選択行動がどのような影響を受けるかを明らかにするため、仮想的状況下で被験者に提示した複数の牛肉選択肢から最も好ましい牛肉選択肢を一つ選択してもらった結果を統計的に分析した。その結果、これらの情報が消費者の牛肉購入選択時の重要な判断材料であることが確かめられた。
