| Research Abstract |
ナノテクノロジーは、その基盤技術的特性から、フードシステムの広範な領域への応用可能性を有している.ただし、現在のところ開発は栄養食品や包装資材などに限定されている.またナノテクの農業・食品分野への応用は、健康や環境に関わる未知のリスクや不確実性も同時に存在していることから、その社会適用にあたっては、技術の開発段階から市民社会との対話が求められている.本研究では、市民参加型技術評価手法を適用し、市民の懸念や期待を集約し提言としてとりまとめ、社会に発信した.
