| Research Abstract |
共役リノール酸は発ガン抑制や抗肥満などの効果が報告されている。本研究では共役リノール酸の生成に関わる遺伝子を家畜に導入してやれば、畜肉や乳汁中に共役リノール酸が蓄積し、それを摂取することで人の健康によい家畜を作出できるのではないかと考えた。
