Research Abstract

牛ウイルス性下痢・粘膜病の病態解明を目的として、細胞病原性(cp)および非細胞病原性(ncp)牛ウイルス性下痢ウイルス(BVDV)を用いて、宿主因子との相互作用を解析したところ、細胞病原性がアポトーシスによって起こること、ウイルスRNAがアポトーシスの原因であることを見出した。また、いくつかの重要な宿主因子がウイルス複製に関与していることを明かとした。
