Research Abstract

本研究は一滴の血液サンプルから動物の原虫感染症を網羅的に診断できるペプチド(プロテイン)プロテインアレイを開発することを最終目的とし、以下の手順で実施する。
(1) 牛に感染し得る主要病原原虫の診断用抗原の発現精成、
(2) ウシ実験感染血清を用いた試作プロテインアレイの最適反応条件の検討、
(3) 試作プロテインアレイによる野外検体の調査及びその総合評価、
(4) 本法の導入による原虫感染症に対する万全な監視体制の確立。
