| Research Abstract |
pH指示薬として一般的なフェノールフタレインを組み込んだ呈色応答型機能性分子を合成し、生体内ポリアミンである、スペルミジン、スペルミンに対して高い選択性と高い感度を持つ化合物を開発した。更にこれらの応答の場を通常の有機溶媒から完全水系へと移行することにも成功した。これらの成果は癌との相関が指摘されているポリアミンの研究領域においても、また動植物に広く分布しその作用がいまだ曖昧なポリアミン類の基礎研究においても、応用可能と考えられる。
