Research Abstract |
Microarray technology is potentially a powerful approach to identify genes expression signatures that predict the effects of chemotherapeutic drugs. The aim of this study is to develop cDNA microarray using RNA isolated from laser-capture microdisssected formalin fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) specimens.
