| Research Abstract |
新たな男性不妊症診断開発のために、我々が独自にクローニングした精子細胞特異的遺伝子を中心に、これらがコードする14の精巣タンパク質について17抗体を作成、準備し、男性不妊患者における精巣、精液の微量コード蛋白の検出を行った。17抗体のうち1抗体のみ微量蛋白検出に優れ、無精子症患者の精巣におけるコードタンパク質検出と顕微鏡下精巣内精子採取術による精子検出成績に関連性が見出された。精液中の微量蛋白の検出は多くの抗体で不可能・不安定であった。今後、精子検出技術改善と精液への分泌蛋白などの新たなマーカー開発が望まれる。
