| Research Abstract |
ラット腎移植モデルにおいて下記、1), 2)を同時に施行し移植腎の永久生着を目的とした。1) 3種類の抗体"改良型CTLA4-Ig"、"Anti-ICOS-Ig"、および"CD28-SA"を併用することにより免疫寛容を導入する。2) MF-1遺伝子を、レンチウイルスをベクタを用いて移植腎組織に局所的に導入し、移植腎を長期的に保護する。
