Research Abstract

医療者のコミュニケーション・スキル向上のために、医療環境の要件と現場に即した具体的な教育内容・方法について示唆をうることを目的として、医療場面のエコロジカルモデルを用いて、医療者-患者間のコミュニケーションについて分析を行った。その結果、さまざまな環境要因(厳しい業務環境、日本の医療組織的、制度的、文化的背景、診療時間の短さ等)がコミュニケーションの阻害要因となっていることが示され、これらの要因の改善の必要性があげられた。
