本研究では、2002年に大きな移民政策転換の結果生まれたロシアの外国人労働者管理が、ロシアの国内労働市場にどのようなインパクトを与えたのかを、国内労働市場政策、移民政策、地域経済政策、ソフトな安全保障論、移民送り出し国の観点から検証した。
