Research Abstract

本研究の目的は、インドネシアのイノシシ属の起源種と家畜化に関して分子遺伝学的に明らかにすることである。東アジアのイノシシ属の起源地は、インドネシアであることをミトコンドリアDNA(mtDNA)の多型解析と形態計測から解明する。
(1) インドネシアの各島に生息するイノシシについて形態と遺伝子から総合的に解析する。
(2) 生物地理的観点から東アジアのイノシシの起源種を突き止め家畜化の系譜を調べる。
