Research Abstract

タイ・カンチャナブリ州とインドネシア・バリ島および北スマトラで疫学調査を実施した。タイでは、ヒトの調査から無鉤条虫、有鉤条虫、Asian Taeniaの3種が同一地域に流行していることを確認した。無鉤条虫の実験感染ウシ血清およびAsian Taenia実験感染ブタ血清を用い血清診断法の開発を試みた結果、精製抗原にて良好な結果が得られた。タイの調査地で飼育されているブタの採血を行い、血清診断を実施したが、ブタの嚢虫症は確認できなかった。
