Research Abstract

東南アジア島嶼部(スンバ島)における不完全免疫マラリア感染状態といくつかのマラリア抵抗性遺伝的形質の分布を明らかにした。マラリア抵抗性遺伝形質のうち、バンド3欠失型についてはハプロタイプ解析から、その起源を推定した。また、遺伝的多様性と変異型G6PDの分布から、スンバ島民の来歴について理解を深めた。
