Research Abstract |
1.Study on remote support system for seniors to make use of web community &nior beginners often forget the opcsation process of software. Senior beginners often forget the operation process of software. To prevent this, it is useful for them to be supported foam a distant users. We studied, in this research, effective remote support system by combining remote control system and voice communication software. Through experimental use by IT voranteer members, the availability of the system was moved 2. Development of a community system to support activity of senior groups. We designed and made a web community software trially for supporting and promoting senior's group activity. This system is easy fir use by focusing and simplifying functions. We designed the system so as to be used by minor beginner users Online learning materials am alas developed. Senior group members can learn and use this system even font distant place. By the trial use of the system by several groups, the system obtained good evaluation of usability firm their groups 3. Development of PC learning support system for senior beginners We made a system design for generalized version of easy web system fire-mail and Internet. By the development of the system, the beginners software [e-namo kun] developed before can be used by users of every places in Janan The user identification process is simplified for removing barriers of usage. We also developed a user support keyboard sticker to support senior beginners learning key-boad operations.
