| Research Abstract |
タンパク質の立体構造を, 構成する原子間距離から効率的に推定する方法を考案した. この方法は, 最適化問題(誤差を最小にする問題)を極めて単純な確率的手法で解くものであり, 大規模なタンパク質の立体構造推定にも応用可能な効率の良いアルゴリズムである.
