| Research Abstract |
新しい洗浄システムの開発には、洗浄性評価法の確立が必要である。本研究では、水晶振動子を利用した洗浄性評価法を用いて、水/エタノール混合液中で基質からの粒子の洗浄を行った。その結果、エタノールの添加により洗浄性が向上する粒子と基質の組み合わせがあることがわかり、洗浄に伴う自由エネルギー変化および洗浄液のぬれ性でよく説明できた。このことから、水晶振動子法は固体粒子汚れの洗浄性を評価できることがわかった。
