| Research Abstract |
本研究は輸入食品の安全確保を目的として、代表的な輸入エビであるバナメイシュリンプ養殖における抗菌剤使用評価についての基礎研究である。バナメイシュリンプはタイ国産を用い、評価対象の抗菌剤としてオキシテトラサイクリン(OTC)及びオキソリン酸(OA)を使用した。本研究はタイ国農務省水産局との協働で行われた。供試エビに抗菌剤をサイナス(静脈)内及び経口投与し、体内動態及び残留性を調べた。OTCは殻に高濃度長期間残留し、OAでは投薬量を多くするとバイオアベイラビリティ(生体内利用率)の低下が明らかとなった。加熱調理では残留抗菌剤を完全に分解消失させることはできないと判断された。
