Research Abstract

持久力増大を目的に高脂肪食を長期に摂取する場合があるが、同時に体脂肪の増大をもたらす。そこで本研究では異なる脂肪酸組成からなる高脂肪食摂取や加齢及持久的トレーニングが骨格筋酸化系酵素活性と血中アディポサイトカインレベルに及ぼす影響について検討した。
