| Research Abstract |
駿河湾奥部清水港内の長期採水調査より、植物プランクトン光合成色素を分析し、ピコプランクトンの大部分を占める藍藻が、増殖期である夏季には指標色素Zeaxanthinの含有比率が減少し、一方、大型珪藻が増殖する春期には珪藻内の指標色素Fucoxanthinの含有比率が増大する特徴を確認した。また、静岡県西部の汽水湖である佐鳴湖においても夏季にZeaxanthinが増加し、微細藍藻Synechocuccusが急増することを確認した。これは夏季の水温が原因であると示唆された。
