| Research Abstract |
西欧における初等・中等学校の成立に際しては近代、カトリック修道会、特にイエズス会などを初めとする活動修道会(教育修道会)の役割は決定的であった。本研究では、従来我が国ではあまり顧みられなかった修道会の設立による初等・中等学校における教育活動およびその基盤としての修道霊性について、その倫理学的・倫理思想史的な意味を明らかにし、世俗的な「公教育」における道徳・倫理教育およびその理念との比較研究を行った。
