| Research Abstract |
東西の霊性における愛の思想史を主要テーマとする本研究は、ユダヤ・キリスト教の「愛」と仏教の「慈悲」についての思想史的比較研究を行ない、原典に忠実に比較思想学の方法論を踏まえつつ、愛について言及されているテクストを異なった文化圏・言語の文献に照らして解読し、東西の霊性に共通する基盤と相違点を探るものである。
