| Research Abstract |
(1) 本研究は近世日本の主たる為政者・武士と民衆・非武士層に共有された道徳性や政治意識の相関性を、いわゆる思想史に特化した史料群のみならず、地域史料(領主史料や地方史料・民衆史料など)の収集も行いながら分析し、かかる作業を通した平和な時代の武士像の解析が目的である。
(2) 本研究では上記の目的に則し地域史料の収集が重要な柱である。その際、両階層(領主・武士と民衆・非武士)に共有される道徳・政治意識の析出に有効と思われる、教諭書・願書・家訓・顕彰記・地誌などを中心に収集、解析する。
