| Research Abstract |
(1) 本研究は、公共資源配分への市場メカニズム導入に関する実証的な政策分析を行う。
(2) その際、市場メカニズム導入を「市場の制度化ゲーム」と捉える政治経済学の動学的視座から、導入がなぜ「失敗」したのかをデータに基づき定量的に分析する。
(3) 具体的には、米国における空港発着枠配分への市場メカニズム導入の「失敗」を分析の対象とする。本研究はこの政策に関するデータを包括的に用いた世界初の定量的分析である。
