| Research Abstract |
ロシアにおける産業構造の変化を、生産低下が顕著な繊維産業と工作機械工業を中心に1990年代と、2000年以降に分けて検討した。これらの産業は、全般的な成長下でも明らかな回復傾向が確認されず、産業崩壊の危機に直面している。一方で、世界銀行の支援を受けて構造調整プログラムを遂行した石炭産業では、ある程度の成果が見られる。政府のこのような構造調整策を評価すると同時に、近年の発展プログラムおよび、現在進行中の企業再編過程にみる産業育成政策の問題点を指摘した。
