| Research Abstract |
In this research, I analyzed the manufacturing capability effectiveness and competitiveness in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). First, I analyzed them from the point of technology development. Secondly, I discussed how local and regional cultures cultivated SMEs. Lastly, I focused on the actions regarding environmental protection, because that can enhance the SMEs capabilities.
