Research Abstract |
The development of information technology and Soft-Economy caused the change in the human resources management. Many workers are working in the condition that is not restrained by hour and place. SOHO is a typical style of that case. The difference of the performance in the workers expanded, and it caused the expansion of the wage-difference. The performance based pay system prevailed in Japan. Non-economic reward, especially the rewards that stimulate the respect needs prevailed in many companies. The effects of the feedback of recognitions from clients to the employees were clarified by my studies.
