Research Abstract

本研究では、(1)企業の社会環境情報開示について、投資家を中心とするステイクホルダーのニーズには概ねこたえているものの、定量情報の開示などは改善の余地があること、(2)企業の内部会計について、マテリアルフローコスト会計を中心とする環境管理会計がCSR会計フレームワークとして有効であるが、日本型のマテリアルフローコスト会計はドイツ型と比較して現場改善指向が強いため、体系化に工夫が必要なこと、(3)情報開示のための外部会計について、CSR会計に関しては付加価値会計を中心とした体系化が必要なこと、を明らかにした。
