| Research Abstract |
薬物政策は国によって異なっているが、本研究は日本、イギリス、アメリカ、オランダの政策の違いが何に根ざすのかを分析した。その結果、かつてのイギリスや現在のオランダの政策が薬物使用者を社会の成員として認める近代的な秩序を構想し、医療やリハビリテーションなどを中心として使用者を処遇する一方、日本やアメリカは成員の同質化を基にした社会秩序を志向し、使用者を秩序外に隔離排除する処遇をしていることが明らかになった。
