| Research Abstract |
本研究の目的は以下である。
(1) 広汎性発達障害を中心とする発達障害児の知識構造と、その発達的変化について調べる
(2) 統合失調症患者における知識構造衰退の要因について、発達障害児との比較により考察する。
(1),(2) を併せて調べることにより、発達障害児の知識形成過と統合失調症の知識構造衰退が、認知発達の障害や神経発達仮説に由来する可能性を検討できると考える。
知識構造の評価は、語流暢性課題(Verbal Fluency Task ; VFT)の発話データに基づく。具体的には、カテゴリ流暢性課題(Category Fluency Task ; CFT)と文字流暢性課題(Letter Fluency Task ; LFT))の発話語数パタンが、健常者と同様かについて調べる。また、CFTの発話順序データをもとに、意味ネットワークを構築し、健常者と比較する。
