| Research Abstract |
本研究はシュタイナ-教育を中心に我が国でも様々な広がりをみせている「人智学共同体anthropological community」を人間形成の視点から解明するものである。
この共同体運動は現代社会に対するオ-ルタナティヴの試みであると考えられる。ではその担い手たち(保護者・教師・協力者・賛同者など)は何を求めているのか。(1) 参加者の人間形成、(2) 現代社会におけるスピリチュアリティの探求、(3) オ-ルタナティヴな価値の世代間継承、という三つの視点から教育人間学的に解明するものである。
