Research Abstract	ロシア連邦で初めて正式に示された普通教育の教育課程基準である国家普通教育スタンダード(2004年3月5日付)は、他人とは異なる自分の意見を説明する「民主主義的」な能力の育成を図る学力観の転換を明確にしている。これに基づく学校の教育活動の評価については、通常5年ごとに実施される学校の国家審査・国家認定の一環として、児童生徒の成績(学習成果)を踏まえた教員の教育プロセスが評価される。
