| Research Abstract |
本研究の課題は、公刊されている近世日記を収集し、子育て意識と子育ての習俗が明らかになるような特徴を日記の中から抽出して、17~19世紀日本の子育て文化について、階層差、地域差を抽出しようとするものである。
これまで筆者は地域を限定して古文書の発掘整理をともなうフィールド研究を行いつつ、日記の分析をおこなってきた。しかし上記のような目的から、今回は数多くの日記を分析する点に力点をおき、そのなかで4年間に7点前後の重点的な日記の理解のために必要な範囲でフィールド研究を行なおうと考えている。
