| Research Abstract |
ブルー銅タンパク質に配位するヒスチジンへの弱い相互作用の様式が変化する事によって、活性中心のCu(II)の電子状態が変化し、酸化還元電位などが顕著に変化することが見いだされた。この結果は、タンパク質複合体形成などにおける弱い相互作用が生理学的に意味の有る範囲において顕著に反応性を微調整することを示唆するものである。
