| Research Abstract |
本研究では中空軸材の中間部にボスまたはベロー部(いわゆる, 肥大加工部)を成形できるユニークな冷間塑性加工法を考案した. 本加工法を用いて, 非鉄金属材料から鉄鋼材料までの幅広い工業用材料において, 材料強度を損なうことなく効果的に肥大加工部を成形させることを初めに可能にした. 加工過程における肥大加工部の成形挙動および加工限界を解明するとともに最適な加工条件を提案した.
