Research Abstract |
超巨大プレーナー磁気異方性を有するSm-Fe 系永久磁石材料のサブテラヘルツ帯電波吸収体としての可能性を検討することを目的として研究を行った。Sm-Fe 系化合物多結晶粉末の作成条件を検討した結果、SmFe_3 の多結晶粉末を再現性良く作成することに成功した。単結晶の基礎磁気定数の測定結果を基に共鳴吸収周波数の理論的な検討を行った結果、SmFe_3 やSmFe_3が200~250GHZ の吸収材料となり得ることが示された。さらに、サブテラヘルツ帯における吸収特性測定法の検討を行い、テラヘルツ時間領域分光法が有効な方法であることが示された。
