Research Abstract

耐電力の高いフィルタを設計・試作するために、新しい分割型マイクロストリップ線路を提案し、それを用いてフィルタを試作し耐電力を評価した。電磁界解析シミュレーションにより、分割線路端の集中電流が低減することを明らかにし、また、分割線路と非分割線路を用いて3段共振器のバンドパスフィルタを設計、試作、評価した。その結果、分割線路を用いたフィルタは、非分割線路フィルタと比較し、約2dB以上の耐電力が向上することを明らかにした。
