| Research Abstract |
本研究では大規模開発の交通アセスメントに対して、まず平成18年度に大規模開発が周辺交通に及ぼす外部性を整理し、その影響を計測する方法を確立した。平成19年度には交通アセスメントにおける原単位の変動要因を調査し、推計誤差の発生する要因を整理した。特に最初の2年間は大規模開発の中でも近年問題となっている大規模小売店舗に焦点を当て、具体的な問題点を抽出した。最終の平成20年度は立地誘導させる際の理論的な根拠を整理し、土地利用誘導について言及し、実際に運用する際の課題や問題点について整理した。
