| Research Abstract |
成熟した社会では、小材料で地震災害に強い、かつ、修復可能な長寿命の構造物が必要とされる。この研究では、地震被害を受けにくい大規模な体育館構造物の開発を進めた。また、被害をある程度受けても変形を自分で修復できる構造の基本形式を研究し、また、地震に対してどのような被害が生ずるかを適切に判断できる方法について研究した。
