2006.4-2007.3 : field & information research in Japan // 2006.11 field research in Seoul // 2007.1 field research in Malaysia/Singapore // 2007.2 field research in Malaysia. 2007.4-2008.3 : 2007.6., 12. interviews in Japan // analytical work // 2007.9.-10 field research in Malaysia/Singapore // 2007.9 field research in South Korea [Results & Conclusions] (1)Transition of Housing stock/flow : -Trending & backgrounds of stock/flow and supply and demand of each country (2) Housing policies : -Analyses of housing policies in each country (3) Extraction of housing problems and resources : -Interviews (public sectors & management organizations in each country) - Extraction of problems, tasks, and resources in Housing Estates. (4) Listing & mapping of Housing Estates and selection of targets for survey -Listing of Housing Estates which were planned and developed after World War II in KL, Singapore and Seoul, and making the distribution maps (5) Typing of building & dwelling types : -Selection department blocks & dwellings for survey and doing field surveys in each country, considering the generation of development (6) Evaluation of environment and extraction of renovation needs & seeds -We conducted questionnaire to residents of surveyed district, and evaluated of Housing Estates which were planned after World War II in Malaysia, Singapore, and South Korea.
