| Research Abstract |
複合エマルションを利用する界面反応法によりヒドロキシアパタイト・ナノ粒子から構成されるマイクロサイズの中空ミクロスフィアを調製し, 内部に抗菌剤を含浸させてマイクロカプセルとして活用することを試みた。インプラント術から数日間抗菌剤を徐放させることによって感染症を防止し, 骨形成の阻害を防ぐことを目的とした。チタンねじ表面にミクロスフィアを付着させ, 生分解性ポリマーで被覆したモデルインプラントを作製し, その有効性を検討した。
