Research Abstract

標準試片(銀棒試片)による冷却曲線データと熱伝達率データの収集, および鋼部品の冷却曲線測定と熱伝達率同定を実施し, 熱処理に用いられる各種の冷却剤(水, 熱処理油, 食塩水, ポリマー焼入液, 溶融ソルト, 溶融金属, 各種不活性ガス)についての熱伝達率データの算出を行い, その結果をEXCELデータシートの形式にまとめてデータベースを構築した。
