Research Abstract

生物から得られた酵素蛋白質はポリエチレングリコール(PEG)を結合させることにより, 体内での安定性が改善される. 本研究は, PEG 化カタラーゼの噴霧乾燥粉末化における, 失活防止を目的としたものである. マンニトールを賦形剤とした場合, PEG 化により乾燥中の活性安定性が改善された. マンニトールは60℃という非常に低い熱風温度においてカタラーゼを噴霧乾燥できたが, 乾燥中に結晶化しやすく, これを防止する賦形剤の選定が重要である.
