Research Abstract

有田・大塚(2005)が提唱した円弧構成モデルに基づいて,羽状目珪藻の輪郭がもつ情報を数値化して取得し,その結果をデータベース化するとともに,珪藻の同定を容易にする同定支援システムの構築を目指した。このシステムは研究期間内に完成を見なかった。しかし,システムを構築する基礎となるデータを得るための珪藻の同定を進め,その成果を論文化した。また,円弧構成モデルによる輪郭の数値化の有効性を示す論文を出版した。
